1. Business-to-Business Platform

The Site is a B2B information and enquiry platform for manufacturers, importers, distributors and wholesale buyers of paprika and dried chillies. It is not a consumer retail site. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell; it is an invitation to treat.

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

3. No Binding Offer; Quotations and Orders

Product information on the Site is provided for general information. A quotation issued by us is an invitation to place an order and does not create a contract until we confirm your order in writing. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications are subject to confirmation and may change without notice. No contract is formed until we issue a written order confirmation or signed sales agreement.

4. Product Specifications

Specifications shown on the Site (including colour value, SHU heat level, mesh size, moisture and packaging) are representative ranges or typical values. Final specifications for your order are agreed in writing and documented in the quotation, sales contract or proforma invoice. Please refer to our Disclaimer for further information on specification accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and technical documentation — is owned by or licensed to Leling Tenda Chili Products Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Accuracy of Information
