OEM & private label
We support OEM and private-label packaging matched to your brand — bag size, material and label artwork to your specification. The product inside is the same ISO 9001 / HACCP-controlled specification; only the packaging carries your name.
Container math: bags per tonne, tonnes per container
Dried chilli is a dense, dry product, so a 25 kg bulk bag is 40 bags to the tonne (1,000 kg ÷ 25 kg). A standard 20 ft container loads roughly 10–12 tonnes of dried chilli — that is 400–480 × 25 kg bags per container. This is the number that matters when you budget freight: packaging format does not change the chilli's weight, but retail pouches add volume, so a retail run fills a container at a lower net weight than bulk.
Container payload is a representative estimate (MEDIUM confidence) and depends on bag size, palletising and the specific product density — confirm load plans with us before booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
What packaging options do you offer?
We supply bulk (25 kg multi-wall bags), food-service (10–25 kg), retail (consumer-size pouches) and OEM/private-label packaging, with sealed, specification-labelled output on every format.
Can you do OEM or private-label packaging?
Yes. We support OEM and private-label packaging matched to your brand — bag size, material and label artwork to your specification, with batch traceability retained on every unit.
How is bulk chilli shipped?
Bulk chilli is packed in multi-wall kraft or woven bags (typically 25 kg), often palletised and container-loaded, and can be exported by sea with the full document set: COA, batch traceability and phytosanitary certificate.
Does packaging affect moisture and colour?
Yes. Chilli and paprika are moisture- and light-sensitive, so bags must be sealed against humidity (under 13% moisture at packing) and opaque to slow colour loss. The package is part of the quality system, not just a container.
